Gluten Free

Finding out you have to go gluten free can seem a bit daunting at first.  Suddenly you may feel like you can’t enjoy the things you used to, and maybe a bit left out whilst others are enjoying tasty treats. But we are here to help! Here is our advice when going gluten free. 


The most important piece of advice is to really look into what being gluten free means and research what you can and can’t eat. Then start looking for companies and products that offer gluten free alternatives to your favourite ingredients and products. For example, all of our Cookies and Brookies are gluten free so you can still enjoy these delicious treats, even after your dietary requirements have changed! 


After you’ve done your research, go shopping! Make sure your food cupboards are fully stocked with everything you’ll need so you don’t have to worry when it comes to cooking your meals or baking up a delicious treat! This will make everything seem a lot easier. A lot of gluten free products, like our selection of cookies, can be ordered online, making this step a lot simpler. 


Make sure you tell your friends and family that you are now gluten free and share some ways in which they can help! This can be as simple as telling them where they can find alternatives and making them aware of what it means to be gluten intolerant. You could also bring them some of our Brookies to sweeten the explanation…we have selection boxes that are perfect for sharing and would be great to enjoy with a cup of tea whilst you’re going over the basics!
